Follow the steps below to log a call: 

  1. Complete our contact form
  2. We will provide you with a reference number for you request via email.
  3. We will report back to you on your request every 8 hours.
  4. Once the request has been successfully attended to, the call will be closed and a copy of the signed off job card will be submitted via email for safe keeping and record purposes.
  5. Invoicing stage to follow and be submitted together with a copy of the signed off job card to the required person. Purchase order number and process depends on the arrangement with the customer
